We have a pitch tomorrow. it's our teen action-adventure movie that we pitched to a company a while ago. The exec liked it a lot and wanted us to come back to pitch the president of the company. The goal is, if he likes it, we go in with them to the studio(s) and see if they'll buy it.

And, after a marathon writing session, we finished the first draft of our teen horror film. Our manager said that she spoke to places like Screen Gems about the concept and they dug it and want to read it. Now, we're in rewrite mode.

Aside from that, we had a great meeting with another company that read one of our earlier pieces (nice to see that stuff working for us) and liked it. We met and they gave us some stuff they liked, but needed takes on. Our goal is to wow them with out vision of what we'd do and, hopefully, they hire us.

Please, hire us! :-)

Then, there is the Christmas movie stuff. Our script is still in the hands of Hallmark, but our manager wants to take it to other places. In the meantime, a company wanted us to come up with other ideas that they could develop with us. We came up with four (and boy, were they super awesome!) and, lo and behold, they liked not one. Not two. ALL FOUR, people! They go next to the company's president to see which, if any, they like.
